Context
Five areas are addressed:
- Value Proposition: the value proposition of the Copenhagen Agreement, recent events have prompted the inclusion of some risk elements in this page.
- Operations and Decision Process: the process that is leading to the Copenhagen Agreement.
- Decisions: what are the decisions taken along the road to the agreement?
- Strategic Plan: what is the strategic plan in which the agreement will be a milestone?
- Convention Target: what is it that the Copenhagen Agreement wants to achieve?
