Financing technology development and transfer1
38. The financial resources to support the implementation of [the Technology Mechanism][enhanced framework for technology][technnology action framework][financial and technology mechanism] shall be provided through the [Multilateral Climate Technology Fund] [technology window, established in the new financial mechanism under the control of the COP][adaptation fund and a mitigation fund to implement the Financial and Technology Mechanism] will be established as part of the overall financial arrangements to [assist in][provide] support the indicative list of activities contained in Annex IX.
Financing technology innovation centres
39. Adequate, predictable and sustainable financial resources required to support national and regional technology innovation centres and networks referred to in paragraph 34 above [shall][should] be provided by [the Technology Window of the multilateral financial mechanism][Multilateral Climate Technology Fund][existing bilateral and multilateral cooperative programmes, partnerships and initiatives][by various sources identified by the COP].
Financing climate technology hub and corps
40. Financial resources to establish and operate the climate technology hub and climate technology corps as referred to in paragraph 37 above shall be provided by developed country Parties through a range of sources.
